I have been thinking for sometime, that it is time to give back. Knowledge and experience is invaluable and needs to be shared. Often times, hearing a new perspective will open up a new window and a view, which you were never aware of. I plan to periodically identify subject matter, which I feel strongly about and has been shaped by my uears of experience.

I encourage any visitors to provide your comment and start a discussion, which may itself open up new paths and challenge us. There is no right or wrong here…. just be yourself and let the heart drive your thoughts than your head. I believe knowledge and experience is like free ‘open source’ and should be shared.
